Please join us as we practice a few calming exercises followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation.
Beginners and people of all faiths are welcome. Meditation will primarily be done on cushioned chairs but participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat or meditation cushion if they prefer. Monday evenings, 6:00-7:00pm. (no fee, love offerings welcomed)
