Research has shown meditation is very healthy for the body, mind and emotions. But meditation has also been universally and historically an important gateway to spiritual awareness. In these meditation classes, you will become comfortable with meditating, learn activities that help calm the body and mind, and develop a home practice that is geared to your individual interests and goals. You will receive a packet of handouts to accompany the classes. Instructor Pat Ambrosic has been meditating for over 40 years and teaches meditation classes in Arizona and the Midwest.
